A Declaration Meeting will be held in April to conclude the three-year EU-funded research project EUthyroid. The Declaration, endorsed by the EUthyroid Consortium and external partners, will generate momentum for cross-European harmonization of IDD elimination programs and policy.

Management Council Meeting, Iodine Global Network
The IGN Regional Coordinators from 11 regions, the Executive, and the Communications Team came together for an annual meeting held on February 21-23, 2018 in Tbilisi, Georgia. The meeting was an opportunity for cross-regional learning and discussions of 2018 work plans, with a goal to enhance regional progress against IDD through sustainable salt iodization programs.
